Continuous Professional Development in a continuously evolving workspace is key for any manager and leader. Core to continuously developing is reflective practice. This means making space to reflect on your own performance, management and leadership, interpersonal skills and decision making, amongst other knowledge, skills and abilities.
But reflection needs to turn into action, in this case based on a development plan, supported through at the time development when required, and an attitude of personal continuous improvement.

Your Coach: Dean Bennett.
Dean has nearly 40 years of business experience. In the corporate world he has worked across a range of areas including strategy, management and leadership, training and development, projects, product management, marketing and operations.
He has also worked in academia, as a lecturer, project manager and academic head. In the past 15 years as a freelance learning and development consultant working with major corporate, small business and university clients, Dean has delivered events in the UK, Europe, USA, Hong Kong and China.
Lately, he has been involved in delivering and assessing apprenticeship development programmes in management and project management. Dean has an MA in Management Practice, an MSc in Mindfulness and Compassion and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
