Anthony Poponi
Anthony Poponi lives in Bend, Oregon but long-ago Anthony lived his early years in the Philadelphia region. He is a humorist, professional moderator and also an expert in workplace culture. His company, called Focus on the 40, offers live and virtual programs as well as books and other printable resources. As moderator he loves teasing out the patterns and themes for panelists and presenters layered in with his lighthearted touch and humor. When he’s not working you’ll find Anthony outdoors being frequently humbled by rivers, trails and slopes or holding a microphone as emcee, improv artist and stand-up comedian.

Debra R. Richardson
Accounts Payable Trainer, Consultant and Speaker, Debra R Richardson LLC
An accounts payable speaker, consultant, and trainer with over 20 years of experience in AP, AR, general ledger, and financial reporting for Fortune 500 companies including Verizon, General Motors and Aramark.
For ten years, she has focused on Global Vendor Setup and Maintenance. As an AP Sr. Manager, she managed a team of 17 processing over 2,000 requests per month and maintaining 140k+ active vendors across seven different ERPs.
Now she works with Accounts Payable, Procurement and Vendor teams to implement authentication techniques, internal controls and best practices to prevent fraud, fines and bad vendor data in the vendor master file.
She publishes weekly content by hosting a weekly podcast “Putting the AP in hAPpy and publishes other content and through her YouTube channel https://www.youtube

Garry Stevens
Accounts Payable Consultant, Leader and Trainer, IFOL
Over 40 years in the Finance Industry, 25 years with Aberdeen City Council taking early retirement from position of Financial Services Manger in 2016. Responsible for Accounts Payable function carried out a full transformation project to deliver best in class and award winning AP team to the benefit of the Council and its suppliers. Joined IFOL in 2021 to assist students with their CAPP studies delivering webinars, masterclasses and workshops on all aspects of AP and P2P.

Mukund Ravikumar is Vice President of Product Management at SAP-Concur. At Concur, Mukund and his team manage a portfolio of Payments and Accounts Payable Automation products. Prior to Concur where he is coming up on his 10th year, Mukund worked at companies including Coupa and BancTec building B2B software applications. Mukund is passionate about breaking down business problems to their root cause and using teamwork and technology to find efficient solutions.

Chris Smith is a Sales Director of Client Development at SAP Concur. In his 11 years of experience at SAP Concur Chris has helped clients from 10 employees to over $1 Billion in revenue manage their employees and AP Spend. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Chris managed accounts payable at a start-up. Today he supports a team of Account Executives and their clients.
Noel English
Staff Solutions Consultant, BILL
Noel has been at BILL for nearly 8 years. Starting in front line support, working his way through implementation, and in the last 5 years as a Solutions Consultant working with SMBs, Mid-Market Businesses, Accounting Firms, and Strategic Partners.
Prior to BILL Noel had worked at Square (now Block) in the Card Processing and Receivables space.
Raised in an entrepreneurial family of several small businesses and non-profits, as well as managing several QSRs, Noel has a knack for understanding the pain points that Payables, Receivables, and Spend can have on a business or accounting team.
