Skills Gap Analysis
Our Skills Gap Assessments have been designed specifically for P2P and O2C teams (including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) to provide you with detailed insights into knowledge and skills gaps within your teams.
How does it work?
Our team of experts will work closely with you to establish the skills and competencies you would like to measure across a one or multiple teams. Subsequently, your team/s will take part in an online, three part assessment and results are reviewed and multiple reports are provided with along with a plan of action for your team/s development.
What does the assessment include?
The three part assessment is designed to accurately measure knowledge, understanding and skills of each participant. Each assessment comprises of basic, intermediate and advanced technical knowledge based questions, scenario based questions and a 30 minute professional discussion. The overall assessment can be completed in as little as 90 minutes.
What will the results tell me?
The varied assessment types allow for advanced analysis and insightful reports to be provided for each participant. You’ll learn where your team members’ strengths and weaknesses are allowing for development of a targeted training plan.
