Colin Brien is the founder of InfoReporting Solutions and has more than 20 years of experience in information reporting and withholding, developed during his career in Big Four public accounting. He specializes in U.S. reporting and withholding matters (Forms 1099 and backup withholding), as well as nonresident alien reporting and withholding (Forms 1042-S and section 1441 withholding).
