Order to Cash Education Announcement
The Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Taylor as our new Order to Cash Education Lead.
Paul brings nearly 30 years of experience across credit management, accounts receivable, and the full order to cash lifecycle. His career has been defined by driving process transformation, improving cashflow, and building high-performing teams across complex, multi-site operations. Paul has expertise spanning early sales engagement and credit risk through to billing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. He offers a comprehensive, end-to-end perspective on optimizing financial operations.
Program Leadership and Development
In his new role, Paul will lead the next phase of development of IFOL’s accounts receivable and order to cash study programs. These prepare students for their certification exams and support their progression to earning a globally recognized certified status. He will also engage with our community through webinars, events, and thought leadership initiatives focused on improving processes and performance.

You can hear from Paul at the upcoming UK Finance Showcase events and the FD Show on May 13–14. Paul will also be speaking at our own Finance Operations Leadership Conference in London on September 16.
