The CP2P Process Owner exam consists of 70 multiple choice questions whilst the CP2P Specialist exam has 50 questions and is based on concepts and experiences in relation to P2P and Management principles. Each question is derived from the body of knowledge CP2P course materials and body of knowledge.

The Process Owner exam allows 90 minutes and the Specialist exam allows 60 minutes to answer all questions and submit your answers for marking. Prior to the examination you will be prompted to spend a short time reviewing the course materials and any notes you have made throughout your studies.

During the examination, you will have the opportunity to review any question on the examination. Once you have answered and confirmed your answer for each question, you will see an immediate correct or incorrect mark. Subsequently at the end of the exam you will receive an immediate pass or fail mark, the minimum pass mark is 80%.

Exam Preparation

You can prepare for the CP2P exam at either Specialist or Process Owner levels with the self-paced online courses developed by The Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership (IFOL).

Taking The Exam

All of the exams are taken online within the IFOL Virtual Academy, which is where you will also access the study materials and resources. This means you won’t have to attend and examination office and can complete your exam from home or a workplace.

The Certificate

Upon successfully passing an exam, you will be asked to provide your shipping address which we will use to post your official certificate recorded delivery service. It may take up-to 14 days for the certificate to reach you depending on your location, however in the meantime you will have immediate access to your digital certificate and credential which can be easily attached to your professional Linkedin profile.
