Maintaining Your Certification

Maintaining your certified status and keeping your certification active allows you to continue to display the designation you’ve earned (CP2P) after your name and shows employers that you are committed to your professional development.

After passing your exams and achieving the CP2P professional credential you should continue to keep your knowledge current through continuing education resources provided by IFOL. Although there is no formal requirement to record and report your continuing education activity, it is good practice to complete at-least 12 hours of on-going learning, especially with compliance, tax and technology related topics.

When you’ve passed your CP2P Specialist or Process Owner exams, you will automatically be invited (via email) to become a Certified Full Member of the Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership – this will provide you with access to a wide range of continuing education resources, from live training sessions to virtual events, conferences and published reports.

“Brilliant content, I learnt so much!”

“The course gave me a very good understanding of all aspects of the P2P cycle and what to consider when starting out on our P2P journey and hope to optimise the process later”
