Certified Accounts Receivable Specialist (CARS) Exam
The Accounts Receivable Specialist exam must be passed to achieve the CARS credential and designation, the exam specifications are as follows;

- 80% Minimum Pass Mark

Certified Accounts Receivable Manager (CARM) Exam
The Accounts Receivable Manager exam must be passed to achieve the CARM credential and designation, the exam specifications are as follows;
- 50 Multiple Choice Questions (From a random bank of over 150)
- 60 Minutes Time Allocation
- 80% Minimum Pass Mark
- Taken Online Within the IFOL Academy
Certified Accounts Receivable Practitioner (CARP) Exam
- 100 Multiple Choice Questions (From a random bank of over 300)
- 90 Minutes Time Allocation
- 80% Minimum Pass Mark
- Taken Online Within the IFOL Academy
- The CARP examination multiple choice questions are based on concepts and experiences in relation to Accounts Receivable and Management principles. Each question is derived from the body of knowledge CARP course materials and body of knowledge.
Prior to the examination you will be prompted to spend a short time reviewing the course materials and will be able to take a 25 question practice exam.
During the examination, you will have the opportunity to review any question on the examination. Once you have answered and confirmed your answer for each question, you will see an immediate correct or incorrect mark. Subsequently at the end of the exam you will receive an immediate pass or fail mark, the minimum pass mark is 80%.
Taking the exam
All of the exams are taken online within the IFOL Virtual Academy, which is where you will also access the study materials and resources. This means you won’t have to attend and examination office and can complete your exam from home or a workplace.
The Certificate
Upon successfully passing an exam, you will be asked to provide your shipping address which we will use to post your official certificate recorded delivery service. It may take up-to 14 days for the certificate to reach you depending on your location, however in the meantime you will have immediate access to your digital certificate and credential which can be easily attached to your professional LinkedIn profile.
