James started his career in a range of finance roles within large companies. Hence, he has a good grounding in how things work both across functions (e.g. IT and HR), managing trade-offs and planning for the future.
In the latter part of his career, James has been involved in delivering Finance change across a range of sectors, covering P2P, new ERPs and other changes. Involving complexity, often working within the US, Asia and consultancies. He is known for ensuring that end to end processes are efficient.
