Louise has worked in financial operations for many years and started her career at The Walt Disney Company in London. Since then, she has worked for companies including Santander, Carphone Warehouse, Costa Coffee and FCDO Services, which is part of the Foreign Office. Louise is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the Institute of Financial Operations and Leadership.
