Kelly is the Group Head of Accounting Services at Peel Ports Group, one of the UK’s largest and most complex port operators. She leads the organisation’s transactional finance function, driving operational excellence, financial integrity, and continuous improvement across a multi‑site, multi‑disciplinary environment.

Her career has been focused on transforming finance operations and leading teams through significant periods of change. Before joining Peel Ports Group, she held senior transformation roles at AB World Foods Ltd, where she served as ERP Finance Workstream Lead and Operational Finance Transformation Lead and SSC Manager at THG. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in modernising core finance processes, embedding new systems, and shaping future‑ready ways of working across the organisation.
