Frequently Asked Questions

Who can enrol?

Anybody who works in England in a permanent, full time employment (over 25 hours per week).

How long does it take to complete?

The apprenticeship course will take around 12 – 15 months to complete, which includes the final assessment, known as end point assessment.

What qualifications will I achieve?

Upon successful completion, you’ll earn the CP2P certification along with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

How does the funding work?

All companies in England with an annual payroll bill of over £3m pay a government tax known as the Apprenticeship Levy. For these companies, funding is extracted from their Levy account to cover all training costs. For non-levy paying companies, 95% funding is guaranteed from the government. We are able to make all arrangements for you.

Can I enrol if I’m already employed?

Yes, over 78% of apprentices are already in employment when they begin an apprenticeship. They also vary in age and experience.

Can I offer this to my team?

Yes. We advise the best course of action is to engage with your Learning and Development, Training or HR department first. Then contact us to arrange a time to discuss your team training requirements.

When does the course start?

Whenever you’re ready. Each apprenticeship program is delivered around your requirements.

Do I have to take a pay cut to enrol?

No, this is a common misconception with apprenticeships.

How is the course structured and delivered?

The course is a blend of online e-learning materials and assessments along with a choice of face to face sessions at your workplace or virtually via zoom or TEAMS.
